Bomba kursus pada 2hb Mac hingga 6hb Mac 2009..wuhuu..really tough!tapi yang penting pengalaman dan pelajaran sepanjang kursus dapat digunakan.Kursus tu memang mencabar tahap kesihatan..sepanjang berada di sana betul-betul menguji kesabaran..makanan kat sana teruk sangat, tak jaga langsung..Lagi satu pengurusan makan adalah amat teruk..ada sampai kene makan maggi tak lalu betul.tambah lagi satu hari 3 kali naik turun bangunan 4 tingkat..uhuhu.penat tul! Kasut yang berat 1kg, baju overall yang panas dan helmet..hari pertama dah cukup mencabar angkat hos yang mempunyai berat 12kg..pastu kene angkat 2 hos so totalnye 24kg..Beratnye tak tahula nak cakap..n.
